MoHi 'Woods Indoor
Box Lacrosse is an indoor version of the game similar to hockey. It's played in a rink with a shot clock, large padded goalies and small goals. It's a fast paced, physical version of the game that allows each player to get far more touches and repetitions on the field. The tight-quarters and small goals forces crisp passing, quick-decisions, and plenty of awesome highlights!
Ages
We currently welcome incoming-Freshmen to Seniors on their final tour.
When
Our Indoor program is run during the Summer, Fall, and Winter
Where
Practices will be held in San Jose at The Plex and Roosevelt Park.
Games
The MoHi 'Woods indoor program is tournament Travel Team. Local tournaments are in San Jose, San Diego, Las Vegas, and Denver.
Extra Costs
Players will be required to purchase a USBOXLA membership, Rib pads and Bicep pads.
Goalies will not be required to supply their own pads.

We're excited to bring the indoor game to our South County community! Our plan is to keep the momentum from our summer going and get in the box to beat the heat.

We plan on running 2 weekly practices from July 10th through to August 2nd. These will focus on box skills and prepare our boys for the upcoming games.
As our team is fairly new to the indoor game, we plan on entering into the C division to give the boys some fair competition. We are looking to attend the USBOXLA Nationals in San Jose.
Practice Squad: July 8-July 31, 2 weekly practices, Mondays and Wednesdays 700-900pm in San Jose at the Roosevelt Rink $250.
